Have a seat. Catch your breath.
Navigating an autism diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.
I’m Meredith Dangel, a compassionate therapist and mom to a neurodivergent teen.
My mission is to provide reassurance, understanding, and personalized support to help you or your loved one thrive.

About Meredith
As a mom to an autistic son, the greatest honor of my life has been raising and learning from him. This journey inspired me to become a staunch advocate for mental health and disability rights in my community. By actively listening to autistic adults, I strive to be the best mom, therapist, and advocate I can be, for both my son and my clients.
Choosing me as your counselor means you’ll have my commitment to cultural humility, ongoing self-reflection, and continuous education to enhance my skills. I promise to bring my authentic self into each session and truly listen to your story. After all, you are the author of your story, and I’m honored to witness its unfolding and support your growth.
